1. Start by selecting the Tools | Severs and Accounts menu option within Agent. This will allow you to start the setup wizard to configure your Newsguy access. When the Severs and Accounts dialog box opens, select the New... button, to begin the process. Please enter the following in the Create News Server Wizard dialog box:

2. Click Next to view the confirmation screen before saving your information.

3. Click Finish to save your information and return to the Servers and Accounts dialog box.

4. Next click OK to begin your Newsguy access. Since this would be the first time accessing the news server,  Agent will prompt you to retrieve the full newsgroups list. Click Yes to begin that process

5. Once you've retrieved the newsgroups list from Newsguy, please refer to the Tools | Newsgroups Directory menu option to select your newsgroups.

Tip #1: If you need to configure Newsguy's alternate NNTP Port#, that can be modified by selecting the Tools | Severs and Accounts menu option, and selecting the Advanced Settings.. button. Newsguy's alternate Port# is 8080

Tip #2: If you are using the commercial version of Agent, you can set the maximum number connection within Tools | Severs and Accounts and editing the Maximum allowed connections setting. Newsguy supports up to 32 concurrent connections.
